I upgraded my old phone to this phone 4 days ago and I hate it. Loads of malfunctions. So now I'm currently waiting on a HTC magic.

Tocco Ultra Edition, worse phone EVER!!!!!

This is my second Tocco Ultra, and this one is just as bad at the first. The widget bar pops out on its own, a scroll bar appears on the right hand side, and other apps pop up as I close the phone.
I would not recommend this phone to anyone...

THE STYLE OF THE PHONE IS WITH OUT DOUBT THE SEXIEST PHONE OUT THERE.. NEAT LITTLE CAMERA AND THE SLIDE UP FOR TEXT WHILST STILL HAVING THE OPTION OF TOUCH IS GOOD..THE ONLY DOWN FALL IS THE BATTERY LIFE IS POOR..IF U CALL OR TEXT ALOT IT IS REALLY BAD!! OTHER THAN THAT IT A GOOD PHONE!!

There are many good things about this phone. The camera is excellent, I found I could take really high quality photos, sometimes better quality than my digital camera, However, it takes a while to take the photos, but admittedly, I have not taken a bad photo yet on it and I have taken many, The design in gorgeous, I really love the red colour and the brushed metal. I also love the idea of a touch screen and a keypad, The applications are good to use, the internet speed is fast. Although the idea of the touch screen and keypad is good, I still find both methods difficult to text with, because of the flatness and closeness of the buttons, I would not recommend this as a first time phone, I have also found that if you dont constantly delete photos etc off of your phone it becomes really slow and a challenge to use, I wouldnt recommend this phone as a music player for that reason. Calling is okay, except you have to be careful not to press the phone too close to your face or else you will end up ending the call! Overall, I love this phone and do recommend it to anyone who likes their phone stylish, impressive and with good technical features.

Without a doubt the most annoying phone I've had in a long time. The touchscreen is really, really sensitive and keeps muting, holding or even ending calls whilst I'm on them!
The camera is pretty good and it's got all of the internet features and calander etc, but definately not in my opinion enough to redeem itself!

had this phone since october and i am on my 3rd one other 2 haveing benn repaired twice each its been in repair longer than ben in use if anybody rings me it cuts off mid conversation if i ring them they cant hear me worst samsung phone i have ever had its going to be a long 20 mths till contract runs out hope you have better lick if you get one

this phone is fantastic! i would recommend it to all. im 16, and my 7 year old sister, and my 80 yr old gran can work it so its easy to use. the pnly fault is the lack of being able to make your own themes, change the keypad when entering numbers, and changing the colour of the menu, like a normal samsung phone. the camera is fantastic, the look is great, and the touch and keypad mix is great for those who want that extra technology but struggle to text with it. overall, a great phone to have!

I would never recomend this phone to anyone as the battery life is shocking! I have to charge the battery every single day! I have two batteries and i still have to charge both!!!! DONT GET ONE THEY ARE USELESS PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst phone i have ever had in all the years iv been with Vodafone. Within the short time iv had it it has been sent back for reair twice due to loss of all sound, It cuts off calls when it feels like it,assigned messaging tones only work when it decides to let them. The touch screen is temperamental,at times it wont respond at all & other times it does things u dnt want it to.Friends of mine who have the same phone have had the same troubles. I would strongly advise against buying this phone.

i HATE this phone, its the worst mobile i have ever had to own, The touch screen is rubbish the widget thing really does my head in, the bluetooth is temprimental, i could go on and on about it but its not really worth the time

This phone is shocking. By far the worst phone I have ever had, from the battery life to the "8 magapixel" camera and quite possibly the worst touch screen there is. The only thing I can say that is a positive is the ear piece is nice and loud.
I would rather tear off my left eyelid than have this phone again.

This is honestly the worst phone that i have ever had!
I used to like touchscreens as i had an LG Viewty before this phone.

FAKE CALLS!!! go off on its own as an unknown number (a nightnare if you have a girlfriend)

I really like this phone. I've had it since the beginning of September and I haven't yet had the urge to throw it against a wall, which is pretty good going for me!
I've had trouble with the slider. Because it has the reinforced back to stop it snapping easily (which is, in theory, a great idea) there is a tiny gap between the outer case and the part that slides up. In my phone, something like a bit of grit has got in there and it's now got 3 very unattractive silver scratches down the red bit. And it makes a bit of an ugly sound when it slides up, too.
The touch screen is great, it's my first touch screen phone and I've had no problems transitioning. However, friends of mine who also have touch screens tell me that it's not quite as responsive as theirs, and that you do have to touch harder for a response. But I've nothing to compare it to, so that's fine.
I love the overall design (save for the stupid reinforced slider thingy, as previously mentioned) - it looks classy and cool, although could do with being a little bit lighter in weight. The option to use a proper keypad as well as the touch-screen option is a LIFE SAVER for those cold winter days when you can't use touch screens with gloves on!
The camera has been great; this is all I use now, I don't know where my proper camera has gone! The Samsung PC studio is good, but a bit of a pain for transferring on a slower computer.
The internet on the phone is good for what I use it for (facebook) so I've no complaints at all.
Overall a 5 out of 5 for me, although seasoned touch screen users might disagree. I have a vodafone plan and, having got the phone free on a £20 contract with unlimited texts and 300 minutes, I REALLY cannot complain!

i got this phone because it looked nice but it is horrible to use the battery only lasted half a day from bein fully charged the touch screen had a mind of its own & only worked half the time some times you had 2 touch it 4 or 5 times for it to send a txt & the scroll down only worked half the time

It took me all of half a day to realise I couldn't stand this phone. I got it because of having a keypad for texting, but it's incredibly awkward, you really need a stylus because there's no arrow keys to move through the text, the backspace keeps deleting the entire message and the predictive is an absolute nightmare. The whole menu layout is really user-unfriendly, and considering the camera was 8mpx it wasn't any better than the 5mpx on the handset I replaced it with. Also incredibly awkward for transferring any numbers, or even just for making a simple call! Not recommended at all.

Ive had this model now 6 months and it hasnt let me down once! As always samsung make phones that feel and look great. Battery life is ok around 3 or 4 days, No complaints from me!

I had this phone preordered before it came out. If i had read half these reviews then i wouldnt have bothered getting it, luckily i didnt, its an amazing phone, dont listen to the bad things people have written, if you charge it up fully before you first use it and dont fiddle with it the battery will fully charge and in future wont cut the battery life short, it lasts me days and im a textaholic!!!!!!!!! Amzing, love the fact its touch screen with a key pad, amazing dont listen to bad reveiws please!!! xxx p.s i recommned the red one!!!!

Most unreliable phone ever

I am currently on my 2nd handset, which has again broken. the 1st one had a mind of its own and kept calling people, connecting itself to the internet and wouldn't let me accept incoming calls. The problem with the 2nd one is the battery dies in half a day, thats without making or receiving any phone calls and the keypads don't work. Being 6 months pregnant and having a young toddler i need a reliable handset and would not recommend this one to anybody.
