not a good choice !!! theres not much u can do with it its hard to navigate instructions are poor cant get any new apps on it the people who i am calling r saying that the background noise is far far louder then me when i am talking and we have to cut of in mid call so defo not the fone ot the century u need a windows phone ive learnt that now its to late

You cant even bluetooth an image to a mac never mind sync the phone and computer. There is no software available through samsung...this is the most useless phone i have ever had!

Best phone ive ever had!

I got this phone about a month ago, and got it in pink. I absolutely love it! Amazing battery life - an hours charging can last me around 6 days even when my phone is constantly on!
The camera is really good quality, but you cant get many effects on it.
The touch screen is good, but you cant have use a stick. I think a stick would make it more precise, and keep it cleaner. I have tried to use a LG Cookie stick but it didnt work.

For some I'm sure it's a wonderful 'phone - for me it isn't. The only advanced feature that is useful to me is that I can get a full QWERTY keyboard to reply to SMSs.
The software is useless as it won't sync my diary properly, Samsung help is non existent and the instruction book doesn't help.
Pity that the charger has a unique connection - I've been trying to get a spare for 3 months!
Not used internet, music, camera etc. as I have a computer, ipod and proper camera for those activities - this is a phone.
Most annoying - the stupid widgets and the fact the photo keeps changing to an orange or green leaf.

a have this fone just know. i think it is a really good fone it has its advantages and disadvantages like every fone
Its advantages are it has good battery life, the memory on the fone is really good if u have alot of music and pictures, the camers is really good an clear and it has a menu at the side so the things u use all the time on the fone are jst a tap away
Its disavantages are the screen seems to freeze alot, the message memory isnt good it can only hold like 200 messages and then ur message inbox is full, and also the screen gets dirty really easy and fingerprints show up pretty bad.
Apart from that the fone is really good
I was disappointed when it didnt come with a pen because using a pen its easier to control the fone xx
So if u get this fone u need tae make sure ur hands are super clean lol xx
but it is a really good fone xx i would recommened it xxx

I Love My Phone XX

i have had this phone for 2 months and so far its the best phone i have ever had people keep writing bad comments about this phone wen actually its brilliant i would advise the whole universe to buy this phone boss camera and flash. The Fastest Phone Yet .. Really I Could go on for agaes but i havent got the time so yes i absolutly love my phone and the whole world should get it ..

So, the jet doesn't have the 12 MP camera we see else where, but do we need a crazy amount of pixels when we are viewing the images in most cases just on a 3 inch screen, and one covered in our own fingerprints and grease. The Jet certainly has an excellent design, slim, sheek and very modern. The red/black back cover adds a new dimension to the handset and will certainly turn heads in the sunlight. Thats looks, but what are great looks without great features. Much like and attractive person with the IQ of a lab rat. Well this phone will not disappoint on this front. The 5:1 surround sound headphones are a favourite of mine, and much prefered to my Ipod. The menus are too easy to navigate, and when I say easy, i think a giraffe would not have much trouble, as the touch screen is one of the best I have ever used. The phone has all the 'basics' of a phone from 2009 and yet it has much more crammed in. I mean, find yourself bored in costa or starbucks and have an urge to update your facebook, twitter or myspace, well don't pay for this, with just a few easy taps and slides across the screen, the WIFI app is excellent. If your not out in WIFI areas often, well just use it to connect to the router at home, so onc e your PC is off, you can check you fb and email before you go to sleep, or head out on the town. everything about this phone oozes beauty and ease of use. The only bad thing about this phone is that the screen becomes 'greasier' much faster than other touch screen models. To make this the perfect phone in every league, I recommend a protective sleeve of some sort. Well worth the 24 month contract at £25 I am on!

Poor phone, the principal is good but no end of problems. Had phone for 3 months and on 4th replacement.
Software is unstable, reliability is poor, high battery consumption, camera quality and screen quality not the best.
The shame of the situation is that the concept and the features are great, outstanding in some cases but Samsung, you've really let yourself down. Sort the phone and you'll have a reliable best seller, until it's sorted avoid it like the plague.

OK Phone but freezes

When you get the phone its a little complicated to start using. Think it was a few days until I realised there were 3 pages of menus! Scrolling gets some taking used to also. Capacity of text messages is limited, mine got full about 200 and my last sony ericsson never ran out of space into the 1000s. GPS takes a while to connect, and gps quite accurate. sat nav needs subscription. No useful apps really, maybe Facebook if you use it. After a month or so (just after the time you can change the phone) the phone starts to freeze simple tasks such as making a call or sending a text becomes a painstaking and fustrating time. No real method of backing the phone up, not helpful when your phone has to go back twice due to problems. Software on CD has a couple of useful tools, but nothing to get excited over. Camera on phone is really good, great quality images. Overall, some great bits but also some very bad bits.

first I would like to say the phone looks and feels great, connecting to is simple you either use file transfer, pc suite or connect it as a media player.
advantages
fast, reliable, easy to use, responsive, great widgets, battery life, screen quality, camera, internet browser, downloadable route 66 navigation application, video and music player and many more advantages
disadvantages
operating system and lack of application downloads
but it is defiantly worth the money i am sure in future more apps will be available for this operating system as it is new.

I would never take one of these phones again as the CD rom that comes with the phone doesnt work, even after having the handset replaced 4 times,The PC Studio suite wont allow you to transfer all your music files in one go, when it gets by ten transfers,it crashes every time.

this phone is easy to use, the only downfall really is the capacity to hold text messages. I previously has a sony erikson that could hold thousands of texts which I liked, this phone only holds about 200 texts, I did buy a memory card for this phone thinking that would help but it didn't, it's such a pain deleting texts so you can read incoming messages.

I have had this phone for about 2 months now, and after a month i had to send it off for repair and i was really disappoint because it kept on freezeing and i had the phone because i wanted a fast phone but unfortunatl this isnt as fast as in should be, unless i just have a dodgy one!!! Its looks nice but like the other review i was dissapointed that it didnt come with a pen and the fingerprints look awful on itt!!..It is also easy to use (in my opinion). Sorry for being a moaner, Just letting you lot know my 2 months experience of the phone!!!

I currently own this phone and i am very proud of it!
Sleek Look, Excellent camra and very fast!
