I have had the jet for two weeks and i really like it.The touch screen is very responsive to when you touch it. The camera is insanly good. It takes good videos.You can text quickly and easily on this you can do it normally,turn it round into a quirty keyboard and you can even write the text. The internet is good you can go on the internet of WiFi i really like that feature. But what i found is that it doesnt have a stylus but that doesnt matter because as i said it is very responsive to your finger. I would defenitley recomend this to a friend:)

Takes some getting used to, but some great features - like having ur 5 most dialled/text numbers in a little pop up on screen etc.

key lock on side works well- never had any problem with dialling when not ment to - mine came with a little case like a blackberry and key lock always stays on.
fast on internet - decent camera, can upload pics and they look fairly good.
battery life doesnt last for ages - charge mine every night, but do use it alot, would last a couple of days with standard useage

I love this phone, the battery has a great life, has a clear screen but have got a screen saver on it, sound is good, camara is good, the only thing I found was you can go a bit mad it you put to many icons on the screen, and the screen can move very quick just with a single touch.

this phone is great pictures are realy good im really pleased with the two keyboards for texting its also really stylish and light, compared to some ive used i bought a screen cover for mine so to save having greasy finger marks on screen, all the features are really good, instruction book is useless, but if you use you head and fingers you can soon teach youself.as it didnt come with stylus i used the one from my ds.

The battery life on this phone is terrible. Ive replaced the battery as I thought the last one wasnt working. It made no difference. Im lucky if I get 8 hours standby with it. The phone is not user friendly - Im back with my old one after 3 weeks!!!

i've had this phone for a couple for a couple of months now and it does what i expected it to.
The touch screen is the best of all i have used, as you do not need to use your skin to work it, and can use your nails. Although this has a disadvantage, as it can unlock itself by your clothes touching it, which has resulted in sending many texts and phoning people by itself. It does this almost every day, even if there is a phone sock and it is driving me crazy.
Text message memory isn't great, 200 texts and it will start shouting at you to delete them. Texting itself is good, as you have the option of the standard keypad or the qwerty.
The camera is average, good anti-shake/face detection settings, although more effects would have been nice.
The internet is better than was expected, having switched from a Nokia. Although if you tilt the screen too far it turns the screen round which is annoying if you don't want it too.
The phone looks great, nice size and the back cover looks great when it shines in the light. Probably the best thing about it!
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this phone to someone who doesn't want to be phoning/texting people when their phone is in their pocket, but if you are ok with that, which I am most definately not, i would recommend it.

i really liked this phone, i was actually quite handy. when it first came out it was however now it has fallen behind the times. it has an amazing camera and music system.the phone is a beutiful design and very easy to use. although i would never buy a touch screen phone again as i find them rather awkard! but i recomend this to anyone who appreciates a good touch screen phone as this is the best touch screen one .

I bought this phone with a view to making life simpler and easier, however I have found this not to be the case, previously with my old 'steam driven' phone I just tapped in the first letter of someones name and pressed call...something tells me Samsung never thought to transfer this feature, it takes frorever and several menus before you get to make the call or send the text on the Jet. I have had nothing but complaints from people who call me who can't hear me but I can hear them. And the touch screen, well if you have nimble fingers fair enough, but us blokes....well forget it. And one final comment, has anyone tried to use this phone on a sunny day?? Not at all good !! Camera and video are very poor, more photo's of my finger than anything else !! Samsung have taken a massive step backwards with this one.. Get a phone with buttons...going back to my SGH 250, simpler, faster and easy to use. And no recurring green leaves !!

This is the best phone ever. Excellent features and brilliant wifi connection. Looks good and has amazing screen/picture resolution. The touch screen is excellent, responsive and easy to work.
However, the manual is vague and I had to sit down and work out what everything did which took quite a while!
Cool, up to date, and definitely worth it!

I like the phone but wish the manual explained how all the phones features work.
Got lots of features but useless with knowing how they all work!!
Camera memory is shocking! My old phone manages to store more pics which is not saying alot as it is the newest model.

You cant even bluetooth an image to a mac never mind sync the phone and computer. There is no software available through samsung...this is the most useless phone i have ever had!

I got this phone about a month ago, and got it in pink. I absolutely love it! Amazing battery life - an hours charging can last me around 6 days even when my phone is constantly on!
The camera is really good quality, but you cant get many effects on it.
The touch screen is good, but you cant have use a stick. I think a stick would make it more precise, and keep it cleaner. I have tried to use a LG Cookie stick but it didnt work.

For some I'm sure it's a wonderful 'phone - for me it isn't. The only advanced feature that is useful to me is that I can get a full QWERTY keyboard to reply to SMSs.
The software is useless as it won't sync my diary properly, Samsung help is non existent and the instruction book doesn't help.
Pity that the charger has a unique connection - I've been trying to get a spare for 3 months!
Not used internet, music, camera etc. as I have a computer, ipod and proper camera for those activities - this is a phone.
Most annoying - the stupid widgets and the fact the photo keeps changing to an orange or green leaf.

a have this fone just know. i think it is a really good fone it has its advantages and disadvantages like every fone
Its advantages are it has good battery life, the memory on the fone is really good if u have alot of music and pictures, the camers is really good an clear and it has a menu at the side so the things u use all the time on the fone are jst a tap away
Its disavantages are the screen seems to freeze alot, the message memory isnt good it can only hold like 200 messages and then ur message inbox is full, and also the screen gets dirty really easy and fingerprints show up pretty bad.
Apart from that the fone is really good
I was disappointed when it didnt come with a pen because using a pen its easier to control the fone xx
So if u get this fone u need tae make sure ur hands are super clean lol xx
but it is a really good fone xx i would recommened it xxx

i have had this phone for 2 months and so far its the best phone i have ever had people keep writing bad comments about this phone wen actually its brilliant i would advise the whole universe to buy this phone boss camera and flash. So, the jet doesn't have the 12 MP camera we see else where, but do we need a crazy amount of pixels when we are viewing the images in most cases just on a 3 inch screen, and one covered in our own fingerprints and grease. The Jet certainly has an excellent design, slim, sheek and very modern. The red/black back cover adds a new dimension to the handset and will certainly turn heads in the sunlight. Thats looks, but what are great looks without great features. Much like and attractive person with the IQ of a lab rat. Well this phone will not disappoint on this front. The 5:1 surround sound headphones are a favourite of mine, and much prefered to my Ipod. The menus are too easy to navigate, and when I say easy, i think a giraffe would not have much trouble, as the touch screen is one of the best I have ever used. The phone has all the 'basics' of a phone from 2009 and yet it has much more crammed in. I mean, find yourself bored in costa or starbucks and have an urge to update your facebook, twitter or myspace, well don't pay for this, with just a few easy taps and slides across the screen, the WIFI app is excellent. If your not out in WIFI areas often, well just use it to connect to the router at home, so onc e your PC is off, you can check you fb and email before you go to sleep, or head out on the town. everything about this phone oozes beauty and ease of use. The only bad thing about this phone is that the screen becomes 'greasier' much faster than other touch screen models. To make this the perfect phone in every league, I recommend a protective sleeve of some sort. Well worth the 24 month contract at £25 I am on!
