Absolute rubbish!
Date: March 18, 2010
Really frustrated with this phone. Have always liked Samsung products and expected this to do way more than my 3yr old Sony which was particularly user-unfriendly. Photos hard to scroll through slowly, predictive text predicts the most ridiculous words instead of the obvious, can't remove words added to dictionary, holds very few text messages so you have to keep deleting before getting more incoming messages and they won't transfer to a memory card. Would dearly love to throw it in the nearest lake. Can't wait for the contract to end!!!

Very easy to use and fast to connect
Date: March 13, 2010
Hav had the phone for 4 days and only had to charge it once, Internet works quickly and hasnt froze at all. Contacts etc work well. fairly light in weight and not too bulky. Good bright screens and i didnt hav to use a book to get started, its easy. Much better from my experiance than the genio slide, tocco lite, nokia 5800 and nokia 5230. so far so good, no problems. x

This is my work phone, and it does everything you need. So simple to use, no manual was needed..quick on the internet, quicker than my blackberry.

Absolutely brill!

I have now had this fone for just over a month now and it is the best fone ive ever had! The touch screen took a day or so for me to get used to but ever since this fone has been very easy to use. The PC studio that goes with it makes it even better and the camera is good quality.
Overall a very good phone and one that I would recommend to anyone who like I was, i s lookin to get their first touch screen phone

Wow, just wow

Amazing phone with everything i could have wanted from a touch screen. the camera is high enough to take pictures of everything i needed it to. in all a great phone but from reading the other reviews maybe it was just a one off. it doesnt feel like it so i am genuinly happy with this phone. (dropped it hundreds of times but it still works at the same speed (: )

Awful!
Date: February 12, 2010
Honestly....worst phone ever. Was going to upgrade to a phone that wasn't touch screen but the range was dissapointing so I went for a blade in pink, thinking that surely it was gunna be better than my last touch screen. But ooooooh no....the touch screen is so unresponsive, drove me mental, and even when I did get something to type in it was wrong cos my fingers are too fat. So yeh....not a good phone so wouldn't recommend it at all.

Not a user friendly phone!!
Date: February 1, 2010
Very disappointed with this phone. I thought I could make the 'conversion' to touch phones, but I reckon this has put me off for another couple of years.
Please, whatever you do, don't even get me started on the totally inadequate and hopeless PC suite.......

Do not buy

This phone is awful. I found the touch screen impossible to use especially when on the internet as the text is far too small. I would advise anyone not to buy this phone.

Nice phone, poor PDA
Date: January 29, 2010
Phone OK, camera quite good, mp3 player reasonable. Web browser OK, but I find the screen unresponsive to my fingers. As a PDA substitute it is hopeless: the syncing software just doesn't do what it ought to do - and there is still (29/1/2010) no sign of 64-bit drivers so W7 owners beware!

I love this phone found it really easy to use. If you have a problem with the font size when reading a text message, use the volume button on the left side of the phone to increase the size once you've opened the message.
Hope this helps

Not impressed
Date: January 21, 2010
Not overally impressed, I find it hard to scroll up using the screen so use the buttons on the side, also find it very difficult to read a text message as the font is so small. If anyone knows how to increase the font size I would be interested to know.

Date: January 8, 2010
got this phone a few months ago... at the start it worked fine. everything working up to speed then about 3 months after, the touchscreen started lagging and working by itself, then the buttons began to play up to the point where they totally stop working and i was not able to use the phone anymore. also when made a call i had to repeatedly press the end call button 4/5 times for it to end.. i would not recommend it

The Samsung Blade is great! Its only downside is that when looking at pictures and you might acsadentely tilt it to one side to get a better view of the picture is moves on to another picture scanning past lots of them you haven't seen. But overall this phone is great!!

Happy customer
Date: November 13, 2009
Being older I wasn't sure if I would cope with a touch screen but I have found the Blade easy to use.
Have managed to get on facebook and taken some really nice photos, even got them printed off .
Love the feel of this phone, but agree with previouse reviewer you do need a sock to protect your screen.
