I've had this phone for a year and its not broken yet - something of a record for me. Its made out of metal which is very reassuring to hold. The keypad, with qwerty keys, makes for very quick texting and it works nicely as a phone.
The GPS is a bit hit or miss - not as good as the satnav, but I have used it as a satnav around UK very effectively.
There are lots of installations available through NOKIA OVI that all seem to work well.
The camera and video work very well - I use this phone as my sole camera nad have done several work info-vids using the video.
It uses a non-standard mini-USB cable, which is a stupid design flaw, but not a big problem.
I've not used a bluetooth device with it, so can't vouch for its efficacy here.
I didn't want a Blackberry (I use Hotmail, so can't port to Blackberry). The vodafone system works well with Email and the internet and I have had no problems here.
I have used it several times abroad as a modem for the laptop; works very quickly.
OVERALL this is a strong, efficient device. Could do with being a little smaller overall but with slightly larger screen, but that would reduce the keypad... It works just fine and I shall upgrade to an E72 when it comes out.
