I upgraded to this phone in August. It is not user friendly which I can live with, but the sound quality is bad and it is often difficult to hear the person on the other end of the phone. It has jammed up on me a few times and the only fix is to remove the battery. Now the charging area has stopped working and I cant download my photos etc. because the top of the phone seems to be faulty, so looks like I've lost the lot and I'm not happy. I just wish I'd read the reviews of this phone before I bought it.

upgraded in oct ,now going to change phone for the 3rd time as it has shut off and won,t come back on so 4th time luckly i hope.

Worst nokia phone yet

Deceptively attractive exterior but thorougly disappointing to use. Menu navigation is terrible and impossible to alter. No option to get rid of online advertisements at the top of the 'my stuff' shortcuts menu which might appeal to a young teenage boy but not a working professional, calendar is not user friendly. Camera is not as good as it should be.

Not a happy customer
Not all what it's cracked up to be...

The slim and sleak design is let down by the plastic back cover. Such a shame because it looks cheap. Robustness is poor. Dropped it recently and it's left a permenant large bruising underneath the screen. I upgraded from a Nokia N73 and while the 6730 has a 3.2 mp camera like the N73, the results are shocking and aren't anywhere close. All my photos lack sharpness and look as though they're slightly white washed - not at all impressive. I expect more from Nokia. Positive points - very easy to use, so if you're just after a mobile to text and call from, this'll do.

The Nokia 6730 is fast and reliable, i love how easy to use it is too. Nokia phones are just untouchable, so much better than smartphones which have a lot of pointless gadgets on them which i never use!
