even thought the phone seems to have all the feature and is well build - it is very difficult to navigate and use - simple tasks like sending a contact via bluetooth just won't work and trying to stop at app when scrolling - all a pain - no option to change the senativite - it's be a pain

Worst phone ive ever had
Date: March 12, 2010
The phone is awfull, im normally quite good at choosing phones, and thought id go for a touch screen for a change my husband has an LG and his is fine.
The camera has no flash and picture quality is poor.
The menu's are complicated and they have tried to hard to put much in it.
The touch screen is terrible will only work properly with a stick and not well using fingers.
Making calls and texting is the worst ever it is soooo complicated to the point i dont bother. Also for some reason i cant recieve picture messages, might just be my phone but i doubt it.
Im currently in the middle of getting a new phone and sending this one back ive had it for 3 months now and i can honestly say i hate it.
Please spare yourself the hassle and dont get it.

Not as bad as people say
Date: March 11, 2010
I was offered this phone as an upgrade and i decided to take a chance. After reading the reviews on here i was aprehensive at using the phone and what it would be like i.e. features and speed.
To be honest i use it for the internet, texting and the odd phone call and now i've got used to it i love it - only had it 2 days :) it's great for my needs!!

Worst Phone EVER
Date: February 10, 2010
Have replaced this phone twice in 3 months. It has a mind of its own and the battery life is useless. When using it on Bluetooth it decides to shut down mid converstaion and you have to reset the whole thing.
I would not recommend this phone to anybody!!

Stylish, but not easy to use.
Date: February 5, 2010
I got this phone as I fancied a new touchscreen on, since that's what all the cool folks round town have. The Vodafone man I spoke to said give it a good try, as touchscreens take a while to get used to. He was right! I did give it a shot, but I found some features just so poor that I had no choice but to swap it for a normal button phone.
For me a phone is for texting and calling, but even with my tiny lady fingers I was unable to comepose and send a text quickly. It was also very hard to call anyone, the menu systems seem very complicated or duplicated in several places, and just phoning somone took a heap of fuss. It was also extremely annoying that often when trying to scroll down a page I would select something instead, no matter how lightly or heavily I pressed.
I found the performance to be fine, not lightning fast but not too slow either. there are many programs to use, including Office software, but i'm not sure how frustrating that would be to use on a phone.
On the plus side, it is a great looking phone, with 3G and Wifi, so data and internet access was quick. It has a nice big screen, lots of data storage and it comes with a useful stylus so if you don't mind using it for every function, you might like it.

pathetic
Date: January 26, 2010
it is the worse phone i have ever owned! its slow, complicated to work and the keys are hard to press, i even found myself using a pen to press the buttons. its too slow to accomplish anything and it constantly crashes when you get a text, leaving me having to remove the battery, to fix it, on a regular basis! its a typical windows product and after only having it for a month i found myself throwing it against the wall and having to buy a new phone!

Wouldnt recommend!
Date: January 22, 2010
I dont normally write reviews however after getting this phone i had to share my thoughts, 1st i thought this phone was really good a bit like the iphone lookwise but on a smaller scale however as the week progressed it started to get much slower taking 5-10 seconds to load the phonebook or message inbox! the internet wasnt that great either and was quite slow. Also the screen is very tempremental and sometimes works with your finger sometimes doesnt which can be very fustrating and you have to use the pen! when listening to songs and you try changing tracks they jump. The most fustrating thing i found with the fone is that on day 7 it came up with a message saying critical component missing therefore it was unable to perform tasks or even shut down!!. Overall it's down to your own personal taste but i certainly wouldnt buy this phone and would agree with most of the comments ppl have left. i changed from the LG to the Samsung H1 and so far so good, again the reviews on the samsung are mixed but i seem to like it

Great Idea - poor interface - NO FLASH!?
Date: January 22, 2010
It took me a long time to get used to this but it was my first non-Nokia. I bought it specifically to run MULTIMAP OS mapping software - which it does great. It also runs Tom Tom so all my GPS and phone is in one tiny package - Brilliant!
Bad points - battery life - until I worked out you have to shut down all the running programmes - then it is OK. The touch screen makes it difficult to send a text - you have to use the stylus unless you are about 5 or have tiny fingers. And WHY oh WHY did they not put a FLASH on the camera. 5MP - good quality as long as you are in bright light. Some software glitches - but hey - what do you expect from Microsoft! If you want a simple phone this is not for you, but if you give it a chance then you might end up loving it...

Worst Phone Ever
Date: January 18, 2010
When i first got the phone i thought it was gonna be good. However When you get down to using it, its terible.... The functions are difficult to navigate round, the Text message display is poor quality and small. If you have fingers slightly larger than than a five year olds you will need to use the pen provided. There is far too much wrong with it too mention here, if your undecided on a phone i would definately not recommend this one . The idea behind the functions are good but when put to practice the phone just doesn't work.

Almost a PC in your pocket!
Date: November 18, 2009
I'm glad I chose this phone, the apps seem a little thin on the ground, but overall its good. It can be a little slow at times and the earpiece could do with being a little louder, but the supplied earphones sound really good.

Great phone but...
Date: November 9, 2009
This is a nice little phone and it is definitely cheaper to run than some of the other smartphones from Vodafone.
Let's be clear: Windows Mobile doesn't have as much functionality as iPhone and the range of 'apps' is as yet very limited. You get what you pay for, I suppose. Having said that, it is easy to pick up if you are already an XP/Vista user and for web browsing and social networking on the go, it is more than adequate. And with Office Mobile and Active PC-synching on board, it is quite a useful tool
One word of warning: yes, it has GPS (you can, for example, switch on the 'Use GPS' function in Google Maps and see your location within 10 metres) but it is not yet compatible with Vodafone's Satnav app ('Find & Go') - a fact I only discovered a week after the assistant in the Vodafone shop sold me a package which included 'Find & Go' for £3/month!
