So Glad I Never Paid A Penny For This Phone, Recieved It Free When It Was Launched By Vodafone,360 App Is Useless, Apps Are Waste Of Space, Cannot Bluetooth Music, Always Going AWOL, Keypad Too Hard To Use, Its Only Really Good Feature Is Its HD Camara, Mine In The Draw And Would Only Be Used If I Had To, Back Using My Sony Ericsson Satio, Much Better.

I love this phone! It's my first touch screen and it was a bit hard to use at first but now i can really use it easily will little problems! I recomend this phone to anyone, it has everything!

I found this phone very hard to use when i first got it, i manage with it on a day to day basis. It frezzes all of the time meaning i have to remove the battery to turn it off, it has a mind of it's own at times and will send emails one day but not the next. When the phone is turned off and you are charging the battery the light on the bottom flashes on and off until it is charged!!!

The world's most complicated phone. Spent 5 hours trying to get it to synch with my computer and then i had to update the software even though the phone was brand new.
Bought it for the 16GB memory but when it takes 15 minutes to transfer a music album there's no point in that size memory.
Waste of my day off from work

Great Phone, best one on the market A******

Dont listen the the bad reviews, this phone is great in everyway, easy to use, didnt need the manual at all. When you 1st turn it on it shows you step by step what to do and uploads your facebook plus other accounts before you do anything else. Very easy to move from screen to screen. I love it.... Just make sure you are in 3g coverage before you try to upload your pics onto facebook for example. I tried without and it didnt work for obvious reasons. The best phone on the market in my opinion.. As good, if not better than the iPhone and cheaper to, what more could you want. Thanks for reading my review and enjoy your new phone.

I Love this Phone

Hi got this phone 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. Found it easy to use but I'm of a curious nature. Agree with others really worth perservering as you won't look back. Used navigation feature today and it's better than my usual SAT Nav.

For a Samsung this is poor in my eyes, i Have had 2 since my new contract started a month ago and both have come down with software faults. It is not easy and i found the keypad sometimes very conplicated as it did not do what i wanted it to do. i Would not have another one of these until it is all sorted with the issues.

Samsung H1 - What a cracking phone!

I have recently got this phone and I have to say that it is awesome. Yes, it does take a while to get used to, but for all you people who are struggling with it, check out all of Vodafone's help videos on Youtube. I watched all of these videos (I think there are about 26 that deal with this phone) before I even got the phone and then when I got it, it was plain sailing! The 360 service is great and such a good idea. I am told that soon it will come to all of Vodafone's 3G phones and then it will be great. It is worth bearing in mind though, that your friends also need to be on 360 for you to be able to use all of the features like Location Nudge and Video Calling. Despite this minor glitch, this is a cracking phone and I love it! Oh and by the way the touch screen is really good, and apparently it is better resolution than the iPhone! I would definitely have this over an iPhone any day!

When I try to turn my phone on the screen is fuzzy and has strange lines up and down it, so I cannot see what is happening. Text massages are arriving but because of the lines I cannot read them.don't ever try to buy that phone

I got this phone yesterday after a few atempts but have to say was worth the wait. Found it a bit a mess trying to set it up using the internet & setting up contacts but after that & having a play around with it its getting much easlier to us. Lots of apps to choose from good set up & a nice piece of kit to kepp up to date with your friends on facebook etc.
Would recommend to anyone just have a bit of patience with it & take time to learn how it works!

Excellent fantastic phone, better than the iPhone!

I have had my new phone for 2 week now. It took me 2 days to get used to but now I love it. The phone has loads of apps and all are relevent. The reason I prefer it over the iPhone is its cheaper and more user friendly. Better camera (5 mega pixel), high quality video, excellent music store. Texting and emailing are easy and simple aswell. Facebook is awesome aswell, all contacts in one place. Nothing about this phone is complicated! A must buy... A 360 believer !

This wasn't the phone I was intending to buy, but after seeing the demonstration and playing with it myself I fell in love with it. More than the phones I went to take a look at. Them being the Satio, and HD2 of all phones.
It takes some getting used to, but once you're used to it it's an amazing phone. It syncs with your pc. That's what I like so much about it. I've updated alot of stuff on mine through my pc without even needing a usb cable. It's not a small phone, but at the same time it's not too big. It's a nice sleak design and doesn't look easily breakable like some phones I looked at. There are many apps to add to this phone. Not as many as the IPhone, but they are good apps. More apps are becoming available though.

Need to read the manual!

My only real problem with this phone is that it doesn't ship with a manual! The little booklet that comes with it did not provide enough information for me, but once I downloaded the manual everything was plain sailing.
I really like the fact that it's not Windows based software, all applications run quickly and smoothly. It's also possible to navigate away from the screen you're on by using the main keys at the bottom.
I particularly like being able to easily zom into web pages to enlarge the section I need.
The touch screen was a pleasant surprise, although it's not for those with long fingernails. It is responsive, easy to use and can be set to QWERTY or normal keypad.
Just really nice to see something that is different!!

A totally new concept in Phones

Rarely do companies completely re-design a product from the ground-up. The 360 is a great example of this. The people application is very innovative and the synchronisation to 'The Cloud' works great. I had all my SIM contacts and all my Facebook contacts merger within 1/2 hour!

When you first open the box you think 'wow' look at this, untill you try to use it. I am finding the hand set quite difficult but to be honest I am no wizkid. I seem to get on better with my friends iphone. I am cinsidering sending the handset back and waiting for the iphone.
