I really do like this phone.....i wasnt keen at first geting a slide phone, but soon got the hang of it....however i do find the gps navigator the best bit of the phone, its helped me out, so many times, my sense of direction isnt great, and you can zoom in and the detail is very clear, plus it saves the page, so when you swtich back on the phone its the same page....so good if travelling.....it gives you sveral options, maps by car, train, walking or just view on map!
the phone generally very easy to use and the internet is quick!

A gimick maybe, but it all works..
Date: October 25, 2009
Satnav is pretty simple in features, but works well enough for finding somewhere new. Time to lock on is variable, often not helped if you're farting around in the car at the time, but when it's locked, it's usually good. The voice commands are clear and loud enough -even in a noisy old banger :)
Build quality is average, a bit plasticy with keys that would be horrible for frequent texting, but after a years pocket-abuse, and the occasional droppage, I've yet to kill it, so sturdier than it appears. A month or so ago, A bit of the keyboard snapped off, and got stuck under the slider, but I managed to fix it myself easily enough, so a repair shop shouldn't charge too much.
Does all the things a phone should do, and does them well. Camera is okay in good light, nothing special though.
Battery life is average by todays standards, obviously better if you shut down bluetooth and such, but even after a year the battery doesn't seem to be ageing.
The only thing I found myself wishing for was Wifi.
