In my opinion this phone is one of the best phones ever. Extremly user friendly and has loads of great features. Camera is excellent and has lots of photo editing software already downloaded to the phone. Texting is also very easy and i am a text freak. It has lots of menu options-
-Grid (3x4 icon)
-Rotating (Veiws in a circle and use the <- Arrows -> to scroll)
-Single icon (exacly the same as the widget on samsung phones)

Great Phone Overall

I've had this phone for about 18 months now and I think that it has fulfilled my standards.
It is a great phone that is really easy to use. A downside is that when you have had the phone for over 6 months, things begin to go wrong; such as the screen suddenly shutting down for a couple seconds. This has happened in a number of different situations with other people too.
Eventually key buttons stop working which can be a nuisance. As I said, the phone is very easy to use but I would recommend of that you plan of owning this phone in the short term rather than for a long period of time as problems occur.
The phone also tends to scratch quite easily, so I would recommend for you purchase a case with the phone if you are looking to buy it. The Walkman is very useful in having your favourite tunes just one button away.
The 3.2 mega pixel camera is fantastic in daylight but is absolutely terrible at night time even with a night mode function. I found the keypad brilliant as I text alot as apposed to calling.
I would definitely tell my friend to purchase this phone as it has great applications, a shake mode, great design and it works pretty well overall as slider phone.

i got this phone less than a year ago, when im listening to music on it sometimes the music would stop and the phone would freeze, then the phone would restart.
today i was listening to music on the way to school on the bus as i turned up to school i put it in my pocked and by the time i got to my tutor room the screen had somehow cracked inside and i could no longer use it properly- i cant read texts, i cant access anything accept media files and the only way to know what song im listening too is if i go to scroll through them.

i got his phone with 24 month contract and realy regret it my sissters roke after a day with a faulty keypad, mine has also no after 5 months, none of there phones are any good, a real shame as looks prity nice. Just get a nokia there alot less hassel

I have had this phone for a year and it has been very good to me. it has never needed to go to the shop for repairs and it has an awesome feature feature where you can flick through songs and change volume by shaking and moving it while holding dow the walkman button. its main feature is youtube, however, i got an internet add on and i must say i do not like the youtube that is a shortcut from the video menu. but the solution is just type in the web address on the internet. it can also upload videos directly to youtube but it takes a long time.
but all considered it is a trusty and good phone

Handy basic little phone with easy enough operation, though has had to be returned for software fault when it refused to boot past intro screen.
Music player very good for grade of phone. Shake control a bit of a gimmick. Battery life good. Keys are OK but lack precise feel and often need nail pressure which will eventually ware out the key. Camera and screen very good. Good little app for photo editing. FM radio very good

Worst Phone I have ever had

I have had to suffered this phone for over a year and cannot wait until I am able to upgrade to a better phone.
It has been returned to the repair centre 4 times since I have had the phone and everytime I am told its needs a "software upgade", this phone has put me off getting another Sony Ericsson ever again
My advice - Don't get this phone

The camera is terrible, my phone got on contract a couple of months back in 2009 and now in jan 2010 i find out that the camera comes out with error when starting camera. there is probably a camera hardware failure! this is terrible! i don't even know what i should do, if i go back to vodafone what would they do?1

Easy phone to both text and call on. Had plenty of memory for music, and the quality of the sound was good. Occasionally froze and the little Walkman button on the side broke, but other than that, the best phone I've had :D

This phone looks good and the majority of things are ok, however, it does turn itself on and off when it feels like it, and in the last few months it has become very tempremental when responding to text mesages. It tells me there is not enough memory but I have hardly any pictures or texts stored. I have tried deleting things but still says the same thing. To get it to work I have to switch it off then on again. Apart from that this is quite a nice little phone but you wouldn't want it on longer than a years contract.

All I wanted is the phone to make call and text, but this phone gives FM radio, music all free to use. More fun than I expected, great value, over all this little phone give me more pleasure to use, no problem, excellent item!

I bought this phone in June '09 and have been very pleased with it so far. It is easy to use and I haven't had any trouble with taking pictures and downloading music. The only thing I'm a little disappointed with is that the '3' or 'DEF' button now needs a hard push down for it to function properly. Admittedly I do quite a bit of texting but it should stand up to a lot of use.

This is a great wee phone. I had a Sony Ericsson C902 and had endless problems with it as it kept freezing and turning off, but (touch wood) this phone has been great so far. It's so easy to use and the charge lasts 2-3 days even though I use it constantly. The only downfall is the ringtones and message tones, they are very limited and not great, in fact I have my ring tone set to the Sony Ericsson tone as it was the best out of a bad bunch.

I think this is a great easy working phone. Easy to text! The camera is good, although it took me a while how to do the zoom. There is LOADS of storage space for your pictures and video's which is great. The phone hold's and plays music well too. There isn't any game's, you have to buy them. But to me that's not a problem because i don't use games. I dropped mine in a puddle which was annoying because i thought it would break but it managed to still work for an extra 3 months. But then The screen cracked from water inside the lence, That's the only problem i have had. I have had my phone for a Year and a half now, althought it's not the prettiest phone, it is great and easy to work with, with great features. I love it!

Although the phone is brilliant, my phone memory is filling up really quickly, and I haven't added anything to it. A friend said it was to do with it remembering what I do, but I don't know how to remove it. In 3 weeks it's filled up 91%.
