I have used this device and was amazed at how i could add 2 gmail accounts, a yahoo account, hotmail account, faecbook account, twitter and linked in accounts on this device with so much ease. On top of that I can manage all the calenders separate or integrate them! Genius!
On media side of things picture quality is really good, the video player is awesome...mkv avi and mpeg files work aithout any issues...standard hdmi out means i can use same cable from my HTC.
The movie maker and picture editors are awsome too!
App support is excellent...skype and whats app will be added soon i heard.
Pros: camera, video, propper hdmi out, slick and simple
Cons: not many people know about it yet as its new

The Z10 is my first BlackBerry and I must say that at first I was a little underwhelmed! Coming from an Android device what I first noticed was that significantly fewer apps were available on BlackBerry World (BBW) and the options for customising your phone also seemed less, but now a month into BlackBerry ownership I don't care! The number of apps in BBW is growing fast and best of all the Z10 does what it does very well indeed, even in rural Wales. The phone is fast, rugged and as a messaging platform the best I've come across. It hangs on to our patchy cellular coverage like a limpet (4G pah, we don't even get 2.5G) and when working on 3G through our sure signal box call quality is excellent. WiFi performance is first class and the touch screen keyboard a revelation (I have always hated predictive texting but the BB Z10 version is first class and has speeded up my messaging greatly). As time goes on and my familiarity grows I appreciate my Z10 more and more, it even talks to the blue tooth in our cars with no difficulty. A very good phone with reasonably priced accessories. If I had to make a criticism it would be the limited number of apps available, but that is improving rapidly and how many weather apps do you really need anyway! Highly recommended, especially with a flip case.

got my Z10 yesterday in store, took a while to learn the new OS but once i go the hang of it things became so much easier.
The peek and flow idea works really well and the touchscreen itself is a dream.
high powered makes everything so fast, internet browsing is already very quick, texting is very good. The new App World is a million times better.
overall its an amazing phone
Pros: ease of moving from one app to another, great camera at last for blackberry, fast browser, the peek feature is cool
Cons: battery life is not great due to high spec

I picked up my z10 from the Vodafone store this morning and I am so pleased with it. I have owned the iPhone 4S and 5 and to be honest the z10 is so much better. The feel of the phone in your hand is a lot nicer than the iPhone and its got a better display and faster processor. The only downside of then z10 is there aren't as many apps as there are on other phones.
All in all it is a fantastic phone and blackberry is defiantly back!

I was an avid iPhone user, and have every one of the iPhones starting with the 3G. Everything that I liked about the iPhone is offered on the BB10 and even better, quicker. The keyboard is fantastic ( I am still getting use to it, but even from the start is bar far better than iPhone )
The fact that I remove the back and replace the battery and upgrade the memory is in FANTASTIC!
The HDMI connection is also a WOW.
Pros: larger screen hdmi amazing muti-tasking

This phone exceeded my expectations. The web browser flies, the keyboard makes typing quicker. The contacts/calendar/email are handled incredibly well with the hub. The camera and video are better than I expect and I really like the time shift feature. The removable battery and the SD slot are important to me. The micro USB and the micro HDMI ports were also key to my decision. The technology in the phone seems really solid. I look forward to my friends and family getting on board. All in all this Blackberry Z10 is an extremely cool piece of kit.

I've just tried this in-store. Its excellent and mutli-tasks so well, and even hooks up to my TV and also has streaming video and music store and very Hi-Res screen to watch the movies on. Genuinely a 4G phone. It has expandable memory which is a really good feature. The Bluetooth capabilities are so much more than just headphones. The user interface is great, more like a laptop. Its different in a very good way and will put some people into shock mode where it is so usable once they have got over how their last smartphone works.
Pros: multitasking, laptop-like, stylish, dlna for tvs etc, outstanding bluetooth features, revolutionary user interface, movies store, music store, build quality

Just fall in love with my all new BB Z10. A great phone with lots of cool features. Easy to use, great design, brand new feature BB Hub, better security & lots more. 1.5 G Dual core processor gives an awesome performance.
Best smart phone for both your personal and Business purpose. Trust me this is the phone all BB Fans like me been waiting for !! I do agree BB 10 OS does not come with millions of apps. But its loaded with enough !

After waiting an awful long time, the Z10 was more than I expected, well it was except in one area, the synchronising of my Outlook calendar.
If you are an existing BB user, have a stand alone PC, which you use to to synchronise with Outlook via USB cable and Desktop Manager, then you will be disappointed.
If like me the synchronisation is important, you will need an Exchange server or use a variety of work around methods to synchronise your calendars.
Sorry BB, the wait was not worth it, so it is back to my 9780
If synchronisation via USB is not important, then it is a good phone

Syncing with Outlook

The Z10 enables you to sync with Outlook via Activesync. You can update Outlook on your PC and have your calendar update in your phone within minutes. It works the other way round as well.
Your method of updating your calendar is outdated; incidentally Desktop Manager does not work with BB10; the new PC software for the Z10 is Blackberry Link.
I have had the phone since February and it is brilliant. It has enabled me to do away with third party software that I was paying $25 a month for.

I have owned iphone 3s and 4s, Nokia Lumia and Xperia android phone, (still have Xperia). Tried old BlackBerry few times as my partner has been using it for years but did not like it.
She was upset but I just couldn't stand a tiny screen and physical buttons. Touch screen all the way for me.

I've bought Z10 and fallen in love.
Brilliant phone, does everything I want it to do and more.
It is not as polished as an iphone and missing some apps I used on my Xperia but is lightning fast, gesture interface is so natural that I keep swiping my ipad screen at home.

Keeping a few apps open and running all the time and switching between them like on a PC is ingenious and saves me lots of time every day.

Had the Blackberry Z10 for a week now and it is hands-down, the best mobile phone on the market. It makes the Iphone interface feel positively old. The phone is incredibly fast. Differentiators include: Removable battery, hdmi out, standard micro-usb charger port, notification led, ultra-high resolution large display, true multi-tasking, DNLA compliant media sharing over wi-fi, remote control of another Z10, time shift camera, video calls over BBM, consolidated messaging via the hub and of course the Blackberry unique feature of a dedicated encrypted network for business communication. The same network that had Governments around the World trying to force Blackberry to release the encryption keys. If Apple had a fraction of these features, it would deserve it's 5 stars
Pros: very fast, great screen, unusual - not the usually "me too" phone, connect to your tv over wi-fi using
Cons: a few apps still due within the next month

Its a great phone from BB where everything works as they say on the box. There are a few drawbacks however, but nothing that cannot be fixed with a software update. First, there are no popular apps on BB Z10. There is no Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, Gmail, Google Maps, Amazon and the list goes on and on. Whats the use of having 70,000 apps when you dont have the most popular ones (with big development teams - so cost may not be the issue here). This is a failure of BB to tie-up with some of the more popular App developers. I feel let down by this and looking to return the phone to get the Iphone5.
Pros: fast, light weight, easy to use
Cons: lack of apps, camera

So far feels great to use. The transitions between screens are always exceptionally fluid. Email and messages all in one easy to get to hub. Truly stunning multitasking and a touchscreen keyboard that's an absolute joy to use. Best Blackberry ever.

The first handset for years I can say I truely LOVE. It's hard to explain until you've used the phone a few days, but the new operating system is just brilliant - everything is so intuitive and the 'flow' they talk about really works. It makes everything you do frequently SO much quicker. The unified message hub is genius. The design / weight of the device feels good and makes it super easy to use with one or two hands. The 'flick up' predictive text took a few days to get used to and then quickly became the best I've ever used. The app selection is way better than I expected and the quality of the native apps is superb. I'm not such a big user of the camera, media player etc, but in fact these are all excellent as well. Battery life also good (not amazing but good for a day and a half of average use in my experience). I use more than one device regularly and I can tell you the Z10 really makes the other major operating systems feel really dated, slow and awkward after using it.
Pros: brillian os that transforms usability, great design feel and one handed balance, unified messaging, keyboard / predictive text
