bought this phone as my iphone 5 broke, well what can i say what a great phone its very quick,it loads apps very quickly has a loud speaker for your music, streaming youtube and films also great, very easy to use,and the added bonus of adding a micro sd card which i have done so have loads of apps on the phone and performance is still great, battery life is also good i have over 14 apps running with wifi and lasts a day.
the only down side to this phone is that it does not have a flash for the camera

The only real problem with with this phone is that it it is agonizingly slow and the apps crash constantly. It is immensely frustrating and decreases the practicality of this phone. It's hard to be productive on the go when it take ten minutes and six tries to get your email to load. Or when the phone just spontaneously goes black for a couple of minutes. Or when it can't keep up with a reasonably pace of typing. The examples go on and on, but the bottom line is that I seriously regret getting this phone - it's not worth the 40 euro I spent and I would have been better off buying a slightly more expensive phone that I actually functions the majority of the time.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I've had several budget android handsets and this is the best one so far. For the price is can't be beaten.
If I had more to spend I'd have gone for the Moto G which is much better but twice the price. I LOL-ed when I saw the review that said "not much good, stick with an iPhone" - comparing a €60 phone to a €400 phone...
If you want something cheap and reliable this is great - it's really light and slim, the battery life is pretty good (although none of these android handsets are that great), the screen is a bright and a great resolution for the price, and the processor is pretty powerful - I havent noticed any lags at all. It's easily the best cheap android handset I've owned.

Great phone not heavy fantastic for 49.99 euro dropped it once outside thankfully it didnt break great volume the cameras okay sometimes blurry. Im a very quick typer and i dont like it how the phone freezes during a message and goes on to other apps i wish there was a front facing camera its a big disadvantage but for the price what do u expect when u get a call it can be awkward to answer battery use is good and the memory is very good i have nearly 300 pictres,14 apps and 12 songs with no sd card which is quite good takes quite a long time to charge but its a good phone so for a first phone id advise ye to get this phone if u dont want to spend a lot of money hope this helps :)

Well I am suprised. I bought this in the summer sale for £39. That's less than a Samsung Galaxy Y, LG Optimus 3 2 and other bigger budget names you care to wish.
THIS IS NOT an all singing and dancing mobile. There I have said it. Please don't even think about comparing it. This costs £39 not £500 for iPhone 5.
The Smart Mini 4 has a 4" screen and it's by
a good stretch not the worst I have seen. It is
clear and easy to read and has auto brightness for outdoors. Bet you didn't expect that...
However it does the following incredibly well. Email is quick and internet speed whilst nothing
special is more than adequate. Call quality is fine with no complaints from either end.
The downside is if you prefer to play games battery life isn't good. But to tweet or go on phasebook (it is a phase and no doubt will be replaced by something just as odious) then this will do you nicely.
Ideal for smart phoning on a budget....oh and did I mention the price..... £39. Just remember though don't compare it to any other mobile costing over £70, it's not a fair or realistic comparison.
As I said at the beginning, suprised? Pleasantly yes.
Texts are fine and easy enough to compose.
